Is it possible to lengthen the columella and get more "interlobar" tissue, while also reducing the curve from the side? (Photo)

(Revision rhinoplasty) I have case where I've had a one primary rhinoplasty and now a revision. I am not happy with the results from the this last surgery, as it looks unnatural in my opinion. There is no columellar show, and too much of a curve from the side. My nose doesn't match my ethnicity/face:( what can be done? I want a lengthened columella and the curve gone.
