Hi, I had 3rd revision. My lower portion of nose looks worst. I mean the alar rim is not in curve ,overall nose width & length got shortened. Middle support is missing in right side nose due to which right alar rim getting closes. Huge emotional rollercoaster for me. Please guide any external material helps (to achieve round alar rim , Add middle support in right side nose, right alar rim elevation, Increasing width of alar rims. Surgeon already extracted composite graft from back ear). Is right nostril third time collapse even after 3rd revision Is something link with neurological issue ? I'm having juvenile diabetes since 18 years & have hypermetabolism.
