If you are young and have a breast augmentation, there is a high chance that you will need an additional surgery in the future as the implants are man-made devices and are not meant to last a lifetime. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. BII is not very common and many who do experience symptoms of BII will report that the symptoms improve or resolve when the implants and capsules are removed.
