I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

It looks like one of your implants is over dissected laterally and inferiorly. I recommend that you use Galaflex for definitive improvement and so that it does not recur.

It is very normal for the 2 implants to behave differently. This is not something to worry about. In your case the implant may move to the side because of the lateral extension to the pocket. Meaning that when creating the pocket for the implant at the time of your surgery the implant on the affected side might have been given more space towards to the side of your chest wall and as a result it can move more freely. Have you discussed it with your surgeon? How far into your postop healing process are you? If caught early support with a bra and certain manipulations can help
