I breastfed three kiddos, lost volume and perkiness. Went for 300 cc teardrop. Im quite tall. Doctor said I didn't need a lift. Its been 8 months and implants look way high and made my breast look droopy. What in the world, doctor said implants would give me a lift.

Without photos or evaluation, it is difficult to say. After an augmentation and lift, your implants will drop to a more natural position due to gravity. I recommend speaking to your surgeon to discuss your options and concerns.
This is an unfortunate outcome of poor incision planning and potentially also poor surgical technique. Your left implant has "bottomed out" due to potentially secondary from poor support of your tissues at the inframammary fold at the time of the original surgery. This can also happen secondary...
