Without knowing more information and performing an in-person exam, it's difficult to determine with certainty what would be good options to improve your look moving forward. A larger implant, possibly a round shaped one, that sits lower within the breast pocket, would help provide a lift without needing a typical breast lift procedure. Your implants may be a little small and sitting a little too high on the chest. A plastic surgeon will be able to perform an exam, review your records, and recommend a treatment plan that will help you achieve your desired look. In some cases implants do give some lift to the breasts and make them look higher. But in some cases, once the implants drop, that lifted look can disappear in time.
Seems like you can benefit from a breast lift without changing your implants. With the help of the lift procedure, 300 cc implants will do its magic even more beautifully and get you the look you desired before having surgery.
