It would be best to have somebody examine you in person. After 2 years and also after filler dissolving treatment this should have gone back to normal. It is possible that you have some scar tissue which would need to be excised surgically.

Hi, Maria, you look beautiful, but it is possible that you still have a bunch of leftover filler. It can be difficult to dissolve filler, especially if you had 10 ml. It can take many sessions and many vials of hyalase (hyaluronidase). We use ultrasound to see the deposits of old filler, and it makes it easier to dissolve it in a targeted fashion. Perhaps you can find somebody with an ultrasound to help you.

In most cases filler will eventually dissolve and you should be able to achieve your natural features. It depends on the type of filler that was used, some fillers encourage collagen production from being in the skin, so you may have more volume than before doing any filler, but over time you should start to see your natural features again!
