Fillers and laser for color vs peel and RF micro needling? (Photo)

Made a mistake, supposedly reputable real self Dr convinced me to do a spot treatment CO2 in an area we never even discussed which made a scar much worse. He set me back months Now looking at 2 scenarios different providers 1 interim topicals like c serum etc followed later with chemical peel and then rf micro needling Or 2. Laser for red with fillers I looked at excision but surprisingly all the Drs say it’s not the best option
