What is this weird shadow on my nostrils and how do I fix it? (Picture)

I've always had this weird shadow next to my nostrils and it makes my nose look bigger/wider than it is especially in photos. How do I fix this? I've had nasolabial fold filler before but it didn't fix anything (if anything, made my cheeks look a bit bigger) Ive never seen someone with a similar problem like i do
