Can my under eye be smoothed out? Could it be leftover filler after dissolving 1 year ago? (photos)

A small amount of filler could lessen the distinction between the under eye fullness and the area just below that. It would have to be a minimal amount to avoid creating a bulky look. A full evaluation to assess for remaining filler is important as well. I suggest finding a reputable person in your area to assess that under eye for remaining filler first. If none, a touch of a thin filler to even it out could work very well for you.

Here’s a plan that hopefully you will accept and practice. I would continue with small doses of hyaluronidase administration until the filler is completely dissolved. Never try to put a lot of hyaluronidase in the area at once. Once the area is void of the filler, I would recommend having fat grafting done to the area to create the best and most natural results which when are well done are permanent.
