Can my under eye be smoothed out? Could it be leftover filler after dissolving 1 year ago? (photos)

I had tear trough filler a year ago, however it went wrong and had under eye lumps for months and took many attempts to dissolve. One year later, I am noticing my under eye area (left side only) appears sunken on one part, giving me a tired look. However, I think the raised part may still be some filler left. What can I do to resolve it?
