Hello , I’m a bit worried with my lower face and jawline / neck chin area . I’ve noticed there’s sono laxity , flaccid skin I guess and I wonder what’s the best treatment ? As I don’t want to do a facelift just yet . I’m 30y old This is only bad when I’m laying down if I’m standing this is not visible at all the laxity is not noticeable. I’d like to to know what procedures/ lasers are best to target this issue ? I feel very conscious about it
Answer: Treating Jawline Skin Laxity Thanks for your question. I would suggest you look at a procedure called EmbraceRF. EmbraceRF is a combination of two treatments- FaceTite plus Morpheus8- delivered to the entire jawline plus neck. It would be your most potent "single procedure" non-surgical approach. If you need a "no downtime" option, consider Sofwave which delivers heat through microfocused ultrasound, stimulating new collagen and elastin in the skin. Sofwave does not go as deep and the EmbraceRF treatment, so it cannot tighten the deeper fibroseptal network, but if your laxity is mild you might be satisfied with its result as well and it's a nice one for prevention as well. I hope that helps!

Answer: This can be treated by doing a combination of Ultherapy and Morpheus8 to help tighten the skin and rescue unwanted fat. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: The Best Suggestion for Serious Tightening Hello; there is fat and loose skin on the neck area. After removing the fat from the neck and submental area; the looseness will increase much further. It definitely, needs to be added for skin tightening treatment as well. It is possible to give advise for two treatments. First one is Necktite. With Bipolar Radiofrequency, tissues are heated to 65-70 °C and then collagen production is adapted; tightening would be achieved. However, my favorite one is Renuvion J Plasma. By Renuvion J Plasma, tissues are safely heated to 80-85 °C. This temperature, is the degree at; which collagen production is most optimally stimulated. Afterwards, severe tightening of related skin occurs.

Answer: Lower face laxity One option to consider is FaceTite. This minimally invasive procedure uses RF technology to tighten the skin. No general anesthesia is required. Results can be enhanced with Morpheus8 treatments to improve overall skin tone and texture. We also recommend using medical grade skin care products and wearing sunscreen every day.
