based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. When performing an abdominoplasty, I almost always perform a rectus plication. I use liposuction as needed to ensure the operation provides smooth, even transitions from one area to the next. The amount of liposuction needed varies based on the person's body composition. Based on your photo, I would plan to perform liposuction of your upper abdomen and flanks.

If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.

You only submitted one photo from the front and no side views. Based on your one photo only, a mini tuck with liposuction should work fairly well. You will get your flattest abdomen, however, with the full tuck. Next time, please post side views too.

From the submitted photo it appears you will have the best result from a tummy tuck with liposuction for contouring. This will remove excess fat and skin as well as correct abdominal wall laxity. The result will be a tighter, flatter tummy with flattering curves.
