Tummy tuck 5 years ago & never experienced vaginal puffiness & pain until then, what is this?

It sounds like you are having referred pain along the genitofemoral or ilioinguinal nerves. If a person has an abdominoplasty and the incision positioned low (right above the groin crease and pubic bone), there is a risk of injuring one of these nerves.

It's difficult to determine what may be occurring with your discomfort without an exam or more information. A tummy tuck does not involve the reproductive system at all. If this discomfort is recent it is unlikely related to the tummy tuck. I would follow up with your OB/Gyn or surgeon for an evaluation.
