My experience with Dr. Greco was nothing short of amazing. He was thoughtful, caring and thorough in all my appointments as well as after-care. I would recommend him to any breast reconstruction patient post breast cancer.

I've had two experiences with doctor Greco. 1) Ten years ago I had the lower part of my face treated with V-beam and after two weeks was pleased to see new skin growth resembling a young child's skin. Although the procedure was very invasive, I trusted Dr. Greco completely and highly recommend him for this cosmetic procedure. He delivers exactly what he promises. 2) Now older, I wanted to have a neck lift, because I could not look at myself in the mirror without constantly being upset about the "stringy" look of my neck. Naturally I chose to have it done by Dr. Greco with whom I already had had a previous positive experience. He was able to transform my "stringy" neck into a younger looking uniformly shaped neck. The procedure was painless in the aftermath and he only used Propofol for the anesthesia- same as is used for a colonoscopy. He also performed a lower lid blepharotomy. Both surgeries resulted in an inconspicuous but major improvement of my look. Nobody who did not know could see any sutures since Dr. Greco uses the smallest incisions to perform all his surgeries. He is a perfectionist and will not rest until the result is an invisible improvement of my face and neck.

What a great experience I had! I always told my husband if I ever say I want to go under the knife threaten me with the D word! But after my consultation with Dr. Greco my concerns about my eyes making my face look so much older than I am or how I feel and that this concern could only be addressed with surgery, wow was I happy with the results! I look revived and better than ever.. every concern I had during the recovery process was addressed appropriately and I was given reassurance for all the little things that ended up being nothing! And what a personable doc. Highly recommend Dr. Greco!

I've been to Dr. Greco for numerous procedures - a rhinoplasty revision, chin implant, brow lift and deep plane facelift. Each time I knew I was in excellent hands. His knowledge and professionalism is second to none. Fantastic staff as well!

I had a wonderful, really life changing, experience with Dr. Greco. He performed an Anterior Cervicoplasty on my neck, a minimally invasive procedure available to men. The result is dramatic and perfect. It has transformed my appearance, taking ten years off my apparent age. I look, feel, and act younger. I have a new found self confidence in my business as well as personal dealings. I no longer feel old in meetings and presentations with younger associates. I can recommend Dr. Greaco without hesitation.

I went to see Dr Greco to soften my marionette lines and lines above my lips- I was very apprehensive as I had never had filler and was not sure what to expect. The staff and Doctor Greco were excellent from the moment I arrived they were helpful and supportive- they never pushed for ‘more’ filler. My results were outstanding. I look healthy and the facial lines are softer- I look natural. I will return and recommend Dr Greco to anyone looking for an outstanding doctor/surgeon and staff.

I was impressed immediately by his manner and professionalism. I still was very nervous, I was afraid I wouldn’t look like myself. Guess what?!! I look like myself 20 yrs ago!! Dr Greco is the GOAT!!!

My experience was A+ from initial meeting to final follow up. His staff was courteous and supremely professional. Dr Greco explained in great detail what to expect and what the healing process would involve. He checked on my progress via FaceTime during my healing! The results were better than I anticipated. Of course my only regret is that I didn’t have the procedure done years sooner. Kudos to all!

I went to Dr. Greco for injectable lip filler for the first time in December of 2023, and four months later my lips look just as fabulous as they did right after my visit. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and the process was far less painless than when I had received my first injections at different surgeons office previously.

After being so self-conscious of my “turkey neck” And sagging jowls for years, I reached out to a family friend who happens to be a cosmetic surgeon. For a neck/jowl lift there’s only one guy that I recommend…..Dr Tim Greco! Well, when a fellow surgeon recommends someone else because he truly cares about the patient, what was I gonna do?! I went to consult with Dr Greco! From the minute I walked into the office for that first meeting and consult, I was blown away with the whole staff who are professional, down to earth great people! I met Dr Greco and felt an instant connection as if we had been life long friends! after taking several pictures, dr Greco uploaded the pics into his computer and showed me “what he would love to do to make me feel and look 20 years younger!! I signed the paperwork that day and scheduled my surgery for two months out…. August 2023 I had two appointments before the big day to go over the pics one more time to make sure I was happy with what he was suggesting and to go over pre op orders, bloodwork, etc.. My procedure was early morning. My husband dropped me off and left me in the very capable hands of Brianna and two other medical staff members and Dr Greco of course. After a six hour procedure I was closely monitored and checked on by most of the staff who couldn’t have been nicer and my husband and daughter came to pick me up and I was on my way home to go rest. About 9:30 that night Dr Greco called my husband to see how I was feeling, if I was in pain, not bleeding excessively, etc and he told my husband he would see us the next morning. The next morning he checked my face, changed my dressing and told me to go home and rest and heal… That was six months ago. I had wanted to write this review months ago, but because my husband and I run our own business, I just always said to myself…” I’ll do it tomorrow “ Well I MADE myself write it today because I want to reassure anyone that’s thinking about having any facial procedure done to not let anyone else touch your face but Dr Tim Greco! He’s an Artist with hands and a heart of gold! He and his staff are excellent. Professional, friendly, kind and talented! Thank you all for making me feel and look like I used to in my thirties!
