Am I having nipple complications after my breast lift (1 1/2 years post op)? (Photos)

Thank you for providing photos. You appear to be healing within normal limits. Your scarring has healed nicely and are nearly imperceptible thin white lines. Your areolar look is appropriate for having scarring around it.

Thank you for your photos. It appears that you’ve had a decrease in the color of your areola at a point of increased tension during the closure of the incision for a breast lift. This is affecting your aesthetic appearance of your areolar. If the color has faded in this area, you may consider getting a tattoo to blend the color better and make the areola appear more circular. Aside from addressing your aesthetic concerns, there is nothing that has to be done.

From the submitted photos it appears you are healing normally. The change in color from the areola can be corrected with medical tattooing if it is bothersome. If not, there is nothing that needs to be done.

Stretching pigmented skin often makes it look lighter.
