When planning combination procedures, one of the most important factors—assuming the patient’s metabolic health is stable—is the surgical vector of each operation. We generally avoid combining procedures that involve opposing tissue vectors, as this can compromise healing and final results.
For example, tummy tuck and thigh lift are considered opposing vector surgeries, and we do not recommend performing them together in a single session.
In your case, our recommendation would be to combine liposuction, tummy tuck, and BBL in the first procedure. Then, in a second stage, we can consider breast lift and thigh lift, depending on your goals and recovery progress.

In a case with multiple surgeries, the safe operation time is 6 hours. What I recommend is doing the breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time, a tummy tuck can be done. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. After these have been completed, you can then do liposuction with fat transfers to the breasts or buttocks, if additional volume is desired. The thigh lift can also be done at the same time as the liposuction and fat transfers as well as abdominal etching.
