Hi! So I’m planning on getting a breast lift (possibly with small implants, possibly without), a tummy tuck with lipo360 and abdominal etching, a small bbl, and thigh lift. I’d like to combine all the lower body stuff— the tummy tuck, lipo, bbl, and thigh lift— and do the breast lift separately, because i am eyeing different doctors for the body and breasts. But I am wondering if there is a recommended order to do the procedures in and what is the minimum time I’d need to wait in between procedures, so as to streamline the process as much as possible. Thanks!
Answer: My Recomendation Dear Kind17434, thanks for sharing your concerns, will be really good to see some pictures and evaluate your necesities, I would rather recommend as 1st, a combination of Lipo 360, tummy tuck, abdominal etching, BBL and breast as 1st round and after that Go with the thight lift alone. The most recommended minimum time to wait between procedures is 6 months at least. Make sure you go on consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Hope this helps and best of lucks. Dr. Luis Mejia.

Answer: Tummy Tuck and Thigh Lift in Different Sessions When planning combination procedures, one of the most important factors—assuming the patient’s metabolic health is stable—is the surgical vector of each operation. We generally avoid combining procedures that involve opposing tissue vectors, as this can compromise healing and final results. For example, tummy tuck and thigh lift are considered opposing vector surgeries, and we do not recommend performing them together in a single session. In your case, our recommendation would be to combine liposuction, tummy tuck, and BBL in the first procedure. Then, in a second stage, we can consider breast lift and thigh lift, depending on your goals and recovery progress.

Answer: Bellesoma Method and tummy tuck then liposuction, thigh lift and fat transfers In a case with multiple surgeries, the safe operation time is 6 hours. What I recommend is doing the breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time, a tummy tuck can be done. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. After these have been completed, you can then do liposuction with fat transfers to the breasts or buttocks, if additional volume is desired. The thigh lift can also be done at the same time as the liposuction and fat transfers as well as abdominal etching. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
