Will a breast lift with reduction on one side give aesthetic results without implants? (photos)

You may require a judicious amount of reduction on the right side, in addition to a lift, in order for the breast shape to be the best it can be. Then the left side can be reduced/lifted with a similar skin pattern to give you better size symmetry and a youthful, perky appearance. Best wishes.

Thanks for your question and sharing your photos. Looking at your photographs, I am not convinced you have tubular breast. I think you can get a lot of improvement with an uplift and uplift/reduction on the bigger side. You also need to remember after such surgery, your breasts become smaller maybe around one cup size. As long as you are happy with that resultant size, I think it is a good procedure and you could get a much improved shape and symmetry. I hope you find this explanation useful.

When performing a breast reduction, it is best to rearrange the tissue, improve projection and reaccomodate the nipple in both breasts, because this way you can achieve a real symmetry and harmony between the two breasts and improve the aspects that allow the best possible result. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Answer: your images show, that you have enough tissue to give you a very good perky look with an uplift only. I would suggest the lollipop technique in your case, as you will have less scarring after it. Size and shape difference can be addressed during the surgery to give you nice symmetric result!

You do not have tubular breasts, and both would do well with a lift, and reduce the larger breast. You can avoid implants if you choose.

Thank you for the photos and information you have provided. It seems like you have enough breast tissue to create a perky and fulfilled look. But the other issue is that you have asymmetry on your breasts which can be improved greatly but it usually doesn't go away entirely. Breast lift along with areola operation would give you what you want.
