Hi! I love the natural look, I have inverted nipples so I’m told the lift will correct that. Just wondering if I should just do a lift or add in small implants make the boobs look more fuller? I love how my boobs look with a push up bra but dislike them without. I also want to highlight that I want them as natural as possible.
Answer: Depends on your goals Hi nelllle, Based on the photos, you don't need a lift--your nipple already looks appropriately positioned on the breast. A face to face exam with a qualified plastic surgeon would be helpful for you. From the perspective of implants, an implant would definitely make the breast look more full...an anatomic implant will prioritize lower pole fullness and a small amount of upper pole volume (a "natural" look), versus a round implant which would add more upper pole fullness (a "done" look, potentially). Please make sure you and your surgeon have a plan regarding the nipple inversion. Nipple inversion is usually from tight or tethered ducts, and a lift does not necessarily fix that issue. Hope this helps. Best,Christopher Pannucci MD MSBoard Certified Plastic SurgeonPlastic Surgery NorthwestSpokane, Washington

Answer: Lift not needed; Implants will make them fuller and you will keep your nice natural shape I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Considering options If you are wanting more upper pole fullness you can consider a small implant to accomplish this. It is difficult to tell for sure from the provided photos but it does not appear you need a lift. The inverted nipples can be addressed during the breast augmentation. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you for an evaluation.

Answer: Breasts You do not need a lift. If you want fuller breasts, then get implants. the inverted nipple could be corrected at the same time if you want, but you may lose some sensation and may not be able to breast feed with that side.

Answer: Should I get a lift or small implants? Hello @nelllle, thank you for your question. With breast fat transfer you can achieve that the breast look fuller. By transferring fat to the breast, the patient can achieve a more harmonious look with a better ratio between the size of the areola and the shape of the breast. There is typically minimal scarring associated with this procedure. The best course of action is to consult one or several board certified plastic surgeon for more information and options tailored specifically to your needs. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez, MD FACS.
