Based on the photos you provided, I believe you may be a candidate for a breast reduction. This procedure will make the breasts lifted, perkier, and more youthful by lifting and reducing the breasts. Yes, based on the photos you'd be a good candidate for a reduction, which also includes a lift with skin removal and areola reduction. Your best next step would be to meet with a qualified plastic surgeon, who will discuss your goals in more detail...especially goal shape and breast size, as well as areola size.

In person exam is essential. Based on limited photos- it appears that you would benefit from Reduction/lift to rejuvenate your breasts. i suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS.

Hello Dear @Cute596297, thank you for your question and showing your pictures. You can carry out a surgical plan in which you have everything you need. From experience, I consider that is ideal to make a reduction in breast volume and an elevation to improve the shape and position of the breast. The scar can be varied, mostly the inverted T- shaped is used however in my experience of 21 years I have made a modification to improve the extension of the scar being the L shape. The one used in cases of breast reduction and or breast lift. For more information and recommendations is best to consult with one or several board certified plastic surgeons. Best wishes! You would be an excellent candidate for a breast reduction. This will reduce your size and lift your breasts.

The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

Because the size and the degree of sagging, you have both horizontal and vertical skin excess, and would be best served with a anchor scar pattern surgery. In addition, a breast implant may be useful to help shape the resulting breast mound (more projection and upper pole fullness).

You definitely need a lift. You won’t need a reduction because just with the lift your breasts will end up a lot smaller than you think. You may even need an implant. H oh Weber I would just do the lift only and if you want an implant that can be added later

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

You have significant ptosis or drooping of your breasts. To lift the nipples and create a youthful breast appearance while maintaining your volume is a breast lift operation. You may well be a candidate for a vertical or lollipop mastopexy.
