There is a difference in the distance from the nipple areolar complex to the fold beneath the breast (inframammary fold) between the 2 sides - if your goal is better symmetry, this could be corrected with a relatively straightforward daycase procedure. I would suggest consulting a board certified plastic surgeon with a specialist interest in aesthetic breast surgery before undergoing any further procedures.

You have a capsule that is holding the breast up higher. You might get results with oral Accolate and ultrasound treatments. Otherwise, you will need surgery to release the capsules. Capsule formation can happen to anyone with implants.
