Hi, I am almost 7 months post op, lift with implant, and one of my breasts looks dramatically dropped. Is like my breast tissue has detached itself and the implant left behind up on the chest. I am desperate as it took me so long to decide to have the procedure and almost regret it as I am not ready to go through another procedure again…

One size is larger than the other. However, with a lift, large implants do not work well over time since the breast sags again from the weight. Sagging breasts to start do not support heavy implants.
Your implant has not yet dropped. it might drop with wearing the breast band, oral Accolate and, external ultrasound treatments. Go back to your surgeon and ask for this. Otherwise, surgery will be needed later if it does not drop. some women may take up to 6 months to drop.
You definitely need an implant with a lift. Ideally also some Galaflex or some type of soft tissue support. This would be the most beneficial for you to restore a breast bound with appropriate position of the nipple-areola complex.
