Breast implants 2 years after enbloc? Pec muscle retracted fully

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs or told us your height and weight. It may be possible to do fat grafting to add more volume. Then consider placing the implants or consider autogenous reconstruction as an alternative. ADM is temporary, dissolves and does not add much volume. Small implants will not provide much volume either. Often times, implants placed in front of the muscle will result in capsular contracture.

First, "en bloc" terminology is used for surgery for cancer and removes part of the breast tissue beyond the capsule. If you did have cancer, you still qualify for reconstructive surgery on your breasts. If you just chose to have the capsules and implants removed, then you could have smaller ones replaced. Mesh may or may not be helpful. An examination could tell what would be best.
