Breast implants 2 years after enbloc? Pec muscle retracted fully

I had an enbloc capsulectomy 2 years ago. My implants were under the muscle. My pec muscles now have fully retracted to the top. I have deformity and the tissue is thin and ribs are visible through my skin on the left. Would it still be possible with use of an ADM to have very small implants put back in? I have been left completely flat chested and really want some shape again.
