Hello, I am looking for advice before I commit to getting another procedure. I had a mastopexy done 5 years ago, and went down from 600cc down to 550cc. It was a success and I have healed beautifully. But I now want to go bigger. I want to go from 550cc up to 1050cc Is it safe to do this with having a mastopexy done 5 years ago? Am I at higher risk of extrusion

Since this is your fourth capsule and it is stage four, removing the implants and capsules will be your best solution. Otherwise, you need to go smaller and use mesh to completely cover the implants. Mesh is expensive and does not guarantee you will not develop another capsule.
