Extremely frustrated needing to ask for another revision (Photo)

Question

I’ve already had two revisions, one bigger one under general and one under local. My left looks great and my right is still saggier and more lateral skin with just not a great shape. Do I need more skin excision and a nipple lift or is this a pocket issue? I’m very frustrated after all the money I’ve spent and I feel like this should have been addressed after two revisions. I just want the left to look like the right, I can’t afford to go under again. Thank you

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Your breasts are asymmetrical in volume, shape and position. If you have implants in place in the pocket then you would be better off with a smaller implant on the larger breast. You will also need the areolas revised.

The left implants is still sitting too high in the pocket so that your breast tissue is sagging off the implant. Your pocket needs to be loosened to let the implant settle.
