I'm a female. I weigh 61kg and I'm 5'7.7 and i'm black. My surgeon said that she will do a revision for me eventually after a whole year and she said she recommends doing fat transfer and the reason why my breasts look like that is because I don't have any fat in the middle of my chest apparently.

It may be a good idea to ask your surgeon for their advice. Express your concern about the size asymmetry, and your surgeon may recommend that two different sized implants are used.
Based on your one photo, you are not bottoming out but appear to have thin tissue. also, you breast sit somewhat low on your chest and the bases cannot be raised.
