Do I have lateral displacement? (photos)

In order to correct "separation" of the breasts, fat grafting of the medial aspect of the breasts may be a good solution. I have impression that your surgeon has good idea what to do and would recommend to follow her (his) recommandation. Good luck.

Hello you your sergeon right you need fat injection between your breast also you will need cut of a little bit muscles inside that to put implants a little bit closer

Based on your pre op and post op photos it does not appear that you have lateral displacement. Your breasts set naturally wide due to the width of your breast bone. Fat grafting may help them appear a little closer together but the width of the breast bone cannot be changed.

the left breast has not dropped to its position yet. ideally the implant should be homocentric to the nipple areola complex at this stage. if you look at your eight side you'll see what I mean on the other hand the pocket can be made in a way to close the distance between your breasts and give you a fuller cleavage. perhaps consider wider base implants. fat transfer is also great for contouring

Your breasts sit naturally somewhat wide part, and the bases cannot be moved. Your surgeon could add some fat between the two to give a little more inner volume, but you will still be somewhat wide. This is your anatomy.

In looking at your pictures its hard to tell, breast surgery results can change dramatically over 6 months to a year and the implants will change positions during that time. I would definitely recommend continuing to see your surgeon so that she can evaluate the changes and advise on a plan for improvement.

You have several issues with your breast. First, preoperatively, you had:
Asymmetry
Wide cleavage
Most importantly, your nipples were located very laterally on your breasts and your ribs have an acute curve laterally towards your sides.

These factors ADDED to your present results.
First, you do NOT need to wai a full year for a revision procedure
Second, you left breast (in the photos) requires a revision as it is too high and the medial portion’s pocket is not fully open.
The closer the implants are placed towards the midline, the further lateral your nipples will be on your chest. Your surgeon may be correct that a fat transfer will help with some of you wide cleavage issues.
The lateral breast pocket will require some suturing to restrict the implant from falling so far to your sides.
Either way, you are a difficult case (due mostly to your anatomy) but certainly ‘improvable’.
