2 years post op. Is my implant bottoming out? Scar looks worse and implant can be felt. (photos)

I got my surgery October of 2020 and everything was fine until I started noticing that I could feel my implant on the medial bottom side of my right breast. I went to my surgeon and he said it was normal because I had thin skin. Months have passed and now my breast looks lopsided, I could feel my implant even on that one spot. It looks like it’s bulging out. My scar looks worse too. I am very petite and tend to lose weight quickly and I have lost a few pounds since my surgery.
