Is my implant bottoming out? No upper pole fullness, rippling and implant moving. (photo)

I have an appointment with my surgeon in a few weeks but I am looking here for opinions and suggestions. I do not have the upper pile fullness that I thought I’d have and my left breast is rippled and almost feels like I can move the implant around anywhere and even goes below my incision. Thoughts?
