Is it normal for one breast to be sore/painful when I push from the outside in?

Hello it is normal to fell one side pain. During the healing process it can be on the both side but actulally after the surgery pain make a place just in one side of the breast.

You may have some soreness with movement from scar tissue that has formed around a small sensory nerve. You can try massage and even a nerve block.

Breast Augmentation results change over a year and sometimes longer. The pain could be part of the normal healing process but sometimes this requires physical exam and evaluation by your surgeon in your follow up visit.

Typically at eight months post op you are fully healed. If you are experiencing pain still it is best to review everything with your surgeon to ensure there are no concerns. She/He is most familiar with the details of your surgery and how you've been progressing through recovery.
