For someone who doesn’t want results that last too long, so filler that only lasts 6-12 months, which brand of filler provided the most natural results? Seems like most clinics use either juvederm, restalyn or revolax. It’s hard to know which brand of filler to go for. I’ve heard a lot of bad news regarding juvederm migrating easily but not sure if this is true.

Answer: How to choose a lip filler. There are several different brands on the market today. Generally your Doctor may make a suggestion based on the base-line size and shape of your lip and how much volume you are looking for. If starting subtle and looking for a natural feel I recommend Restylane Kyss(™). It has great elasticity and generally very smooth in appearance. However there are good Juvederm(™), RH as well as others that also work well. Look for an FDA approved product, a physician supervised medical office and of course go to a very experienced provider. Providers generally can make some great recommendations again based on your desired results. I hope this help.

Answer: Brand of fillers Personally, I don’t believe fillers migrate. In my opinion, that is a poor excuse for using poor technique. Personally, I like using conservative amounts of voluma. Best, Mats Hagstrom, MD
