Answer: Treatment for frown lines and jowls I would recommend you consult with a facial plastic surgeon that is experiences in minimally invasive and surgical treatments. In general, frown lines and upper facial lines are best treated with Botox or similar neuromodulator and the jowls are best treated with a facelift.

Answer: Aging features with background of weight loss Deep facial lines or wrinkles results from a number of reasons including overactive muscles, deflation of fat pads, downward descent of fat compartments and fat hypertrophy (increase in volume of fat) in specific compartments of the face. Wrinkles can be best addressed with neuromodulators/anti-wrinkle injections. Deep plane facelift can address the laugh lines and jowls as it repositions the fat compartments to its usual position without creating excessive tension on the skin. Neck assessment is also important to consider as an aging neck can add to the heaviness and the laxity of the neck muscles, for which a neck lift will be also appropriate.

Answer: Options At 58, with concerns about forehead frown lines, deep laugh lines, and jowls, a full facelift might provide the most comprehensive and long-lasting solution. However, non-surgical options like Botox and dermal fillers can also effectively address these issues with less risk and downtime. Botox can smooth frown lines, while dermal fillers can reduce laugh lines and restore volume to the cheeks, diminishing the appearance of jowls. Consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist experienced in treating diverse skin types can help determine the best approach tailored to your specific needs and concerns. They can provide an honest assessment and guide you through the potential benefits and risks of each option.

Answer: Likely need full Facelift, Fat Grafting May Help For the issues you are describing, it sounds like a full facelift would be the best thing to help you achieve your goals, especially after weight loss. Many times, fat harvested from other areas of the body can be grafted to the face to restore lost volume. For the forehead lines, this may be best treated with a brow lift procedure. Facial cosmetic procedures are usually combined in very specific ways depending on your specific goals, and an in person physical exam with a board-certified plastic surgeon will be the best way to tell what you may be a candidate for.

Answer: Facelift Indications? Significant weight loss at age 58 will lead to skin laxity that will require surgical intervention for facial rejuvenation. Without photos, it's hard to give recommendations, but most likely you will require a deep plane facelift to address the cheeks, jawline, and neck. A brow lift will soften brow expression but will not remove forehead lines or motion entirely.
