I was wondering if it was possible at all to repair noticeable/severe torn face and neck muscles. specifically, what appears to be torn neck muscles, some right under my chin near the hyoid bone, as well as facial muscles by my jaw and cheeks as well. I am in my late 20’s so don’t believe it’s anything age related and took me a long time to really figure out why my appearance was changing so much before being able to physically feel the tears and free muscle fibers not attached to anything
