Pain, tightness and blurry vision 8 months after facelift. What could this be?

I had a facelift 8 months ago. Aside from not having positive results, I am in pain on the right side of my face. I feel lots of pulling and tightness as well as hearing loss in my right ear and blurry vision in my right eye. My surgeon refuses to do anything about it, infect he has been avoiding me when I go to his office for an appointment. Please help. What can thi be and what should my next step be?

Hearing loss & blurry vision is very unusual after a facelift. I would visit with an audiologist or ENT to evaluate your ears and get a baseline eye exam with an optometrist or ophthalmologist to evaluate your vision. Your plastic surgeon should be amenable to hearing your concerns. If not, I would seek a second opinion from another face and neck specialist.
