7 years PO, implant uncomfortable & bigger - is something wrong? (Photos)

Hi i has silicone gummy mentor implants around 7 years ago. My right breast feels a bit uncomfortable and seems a bit bigger than normal. I wanted too know if it could be a ruptured or capsular contracture. Also if its capsular contracture how long does it take too progress and get worse?!

Good afternoon, You certainly do not have to replace your implants- there doesn't seem to be any issues with them, but going up 200cc will indeed give you a better result, better cleavage and upper pole fullness.

Good afternoon, Your asymmetry really isn't that obvious, and should be able to be bettered with some massage. From the wording of your question I expected a dramatic difference, but there really isn't- they are sisters not twins.

It looks like there is a space under the muscle allowing the implant to herniate. This should be repairable with internal sutures. Mesh would be an option if that doesn't work.
