I just don’t understand how the one implant is so high on the body and I can see and physically touch it, as the other one is a drop and soft? My doctor says that’s because that my dominant hand, but I’m 14 months post surgery? Is that other implant really going to keep dropping? Has anyone else had a patient that’s taken this long for their implant to drop? Is this normal or is it my body or did he do something wrong in the surgery?
Answer: Implant Asymmetry Good afternoon, Your asymmetry really isn't that obvious, and should be able to be bettered with some massage. From the wording of your question I expected a dramatic difference, but there really isn't- they are sisters not twins.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear zurich2018, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Revision surgery likely needed 14 months is more than enough time for an implant to drop regardless which is your dominant hand. You likely have a degree of capsular contracture which can only be resolved with surgery.

Answer: Implants still high after 14 months - Is it a possibility one was put over the muscle and one put under? Sorry but I see your result as very very acceptable. Reviewing the nicely posted photos I see no reason to offer any treatment. Your surgeon did a wonderful operation.
