6 months post op - implant "pops" during daily moviment. Can this be repaired? (Photos)

It looks like there is a space under the muscle allowing the implant to herniate. This should be repairable with internal sutures. Mesh would be an option if that doesn't work.

Your surgeon probably told you "well then don't push your left implant upward and inward and it's not a problem." You are absolutely correct in your assessment and the solution- I would repair this using a piece of Strattice mesh secured into place with the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique!

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Your implant has torn through the capsule and muscle and this allows it to push through. You might try wearing a tight band and not allowing your implant to push through and seeing if it will close. Repairing this area is somewhat difficult, especially with the implant behind the muscle.

It appears that the medial upper potion of your breast pocket is opened too far. Suture plication of this area would alleviate this concern. If you find the smaller implants are moving too freely inside your breast pockets, then further plications laterally would be necessary.
