What types of questions should I ask a doctor when it comes to Breast Revision?

You showed no photos, so I cannot be specific. Your surgeon will examine and measure you to see if a lift is needed and what kind is best. Occasionally, a lift cannot be done because of the thin tissue behind the nipple, especially in small breasts women who chose large implants. During a lift, the nipple is not removed, but stays attached to the breast. Also, 8 year old implants do not need to be replaced unless there is a problem.

Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs. However, a breast lift can be done. There are two breast lifts that I recommend: The Bellesoma Method or mini lift. The Bellesoma Method reshapes your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained, if not injured during your previous surgery. The mini lift uses a circumareola incision to reshape your breast tissue, elevated them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.

If you need a lift the nipple is raised up but it is not done by removing it. The nipple stays attached to the breast and gets shifted upward.
