I am ready to get a breast implant revision. Mine are almost 8 years old and I am hoping to get a lift without removing my nipple. (i've seen so many horror stories online and tv about nipple loss). You could have the implants placed behind the muscle and your surgeon could use dermal grafts to help give more coverage. If you have any donor fat, fat grafting could also be done.

Bottomed-out implants may happen with larger implants, disrupted inframammary fold, and thinner skin flaps. It seems that your surgeon tried to stabilize pockets with acceptable procedures twice. At this point, I think getting a second opinion is the next reasonable step...
