2 year post revision swelling - how can this will be reduced? (Photo)

2 year after revision lots of swelling to supratip area persists and fluctuating, will this ever improve? My surgeon is willing to give me a final third operation to fix this and also to the inverted V to one side by using septal cartilage. How can reducing the swelling be done through surgery? Is it wise to try again? They are against steroid injections. Any help and advice appreciated, thank you

Sorry to hear about your broken noses. If these are due to sports injuries, you may want to wait to rhinoplasty after your sports days are over with. And, YES, rhinoplasty can fix dorsal hump, bulbous tip and can correct a long nose by shortening it.
