19 year old implants (over the muscle) - should I have a lift now or in 10 - 15 years? (Photos)

Hi there - I have 19 year old implants that are 340cc over the muscle anatomical textured. I have found out they were recalled in 2019. I have lost weight, had 2 kids and am lacking I breast tissue. I have obvious rippling and sagging. I went to see a reconstructive surgeon who advised me to just do an implant exchange and leave the lift until my next surgery when I'm in my late 50s. (I am 43). He said it isn't worth doing a lift yet and that I will also need to reduce to a 200cc implant if I do. He thinks it would be better for me to move to gummy bear higher profile ,make peace with the fact I will need to wear a bra for the 'lifted' look and deal with pocket change, lift etc on my final surgery in 10-15 years. Could I have some honest opinions please. I want to maintain a similar size, get rid of the recalled implants and get on with my life. I know my nipples are wonky. I suppose I have to be realistic! Any thoughts please. He also thinks I should do 365cc to fill the space
