Four weeks ago I fell and hit my nose against a wall. My nose swelled up immediately, and looked like it was pushed to my left side, and the bridge of my nose swollen. I went to A&E who said my nose was not fractured. Now my nose looks and feels straight but there is a hard, bony bump on the bridge of my nose, which extends to the left side of my nose where my nose initially looked like it had been pushed to (not there before). Is this hard bony bump callus formation, will it go down over time?
