So I don’t mind my nose but I feel so insecure when I laugh or talk that it makes this shape and I look like a villain. Is there anyway to help it without surgery like Botox? I noticed I’m the only person whose nose does that and everyone’s nose stays still but it’s made me so insecure please help!

Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system. You should be able to view numerous pictures of actual patients with noses similar to yours performed by your surgeon.
