Other surgeons had refused to do my complicated nose! I had a short, bulbous nose, it took both Charles and Lydia 5 hours to complete with a rib graft. I was so nervous and they have both been incredible, they genuinely care. I have had so many follow up calls and appointments. To say I love my new nose is an understatement, everyone around me can’t believe the transformation. I have not experienced any pain or black eyes, they are true artists at what they do. Yes it was expensive but it was well worth it, and you most definitely pay for what you get. This was a primary surgery and I’m so happy I chose the right surgeons first time. I had a deviated septum (my nose was crooked from a front-on view, twisting to the left). I also had a bulbous tip, and a high and wide bridge. All my complaints have been remedied. My nose is now straight front-on, my tip is more refined and I have a gentler/more feminine bridge and profile. My nose looks even better than the morphs created in my consultation. But importantly it also looks very natural.

Dr. East truly changed my life in both form and function.
