I had a septo-rhinoplasty with Charles East to improve both my breathing, the structure and appearance of my nose, including a droopy tip and overall profile. From what I understand it was quite a technical operation and I was prepared for a tough recovery. Instead, it has been far smoother than I expected which I think really shows the high level of skill of Mr East and his team. Other surgeons had refused to do my complicated nose! I had a short, bulbous nose, it took both Charles and Lydia 5 hours to complete with a rib graft.
