10 weeks post op tummy tuck swelling. Should I put the compression garment/binder back on?

I am coming up to 10 weeks post op tummy tuck. I took my compression garment off and my binder last week after wearing them round the clock. I have noticed increased swelling. Should I put the compression garment binder back on ?
