Is this swelling or fluid post tummy tuck?

Hello, I had a tummy tuck 4 months ago. I swell in the evening but have a flat tummy in the morning. If i tap the area to look for the waterbed effect it doesn't happen when standing but does a little when lying down. There is also a little white bump which may be a stitch? Looking down looks swollen both day and night however a diet in less salt does make it flatter? Please advise thank you

Thank you for your pictures.  In my opinion, your swelling is not fluid.  It is swelling that is typically managed by your lymphatic system and lymph nodes.  Your lymphatic system (as is everyone' s who had a TT) was disrupted by the procedure and takes 6-12 months to reestablish itself.  Continue follow up with your plastic surgeon.  Best wishes.

Diagnosis that are made on photos and decriptions are guess works at their best. They are never final answers. When in doubt, get yourself checked by your surgeon. You should also do that. This will give you final answer and not just reassurance.
