Price to get breast implants? I'm now a 32B, looking to get maybe a 450cc

Things to factor in for the surgery standpoint will be the facility fee, anesthesia fee, surgeon fee, implant cost (saline vs. silicone, other fees (e.g., acellular dermal matrix cost, pain pump, surgical garment, etc.) Typically augmentation with saline implants will be ~$1000 less than with silicone implants. I recommend that you first, seek out board certified Plastic Surgeon's who's results appeal to you and inquire about their pricing, then line up a few in-person consultations. You will want to ask important questions about the overall cost, pre and post op care, safety, etc. I don't recommend that you choose your surgeon based on price alone.All the best

The price varies by geographic location, surgeon expertise, OR time, anesthesia, length of procedure etc.  I would recommend you go to The American Society of Plastic Surgery website and look for board certified plastic surgeons in your area.  You can call their offices in advance and ask for quotes before scheduling your consultations.

I encourage you to make sure your surgeon is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and that that person is someone you would trust after meeting with them at your consultation.
