Will I need someone taking care of me at all times for the first few days?

bellevi
I'll be going under the muscle. Haven't had children so my muscles are tight. My boyfriend will be with me all day the first day but the second and third he will be gone most of the day for work, he could stop by if I need him but I don't wanna make him leave work too often. I'm afraid I might be overestimating my pain tolerance. Will I be able to go up and down the stairs on my own, cook, chop veggies? Or will all this just feel impossible? Thank you
