In July I got my 800 cc implants originally I was a b cup and now am measuring at a 34g a lot bigger than I expected :(. I feel like my body cannot hold them sometimes because they are so big I feel pressure on my ribs and I feel like I always need to have a bra on for Support. I also have stretch marks now and you can see my veins in some parts of my boobs, will they be less visible over time? And is it normal to feel like my boobs are way to heavy ? I feel like they will bottom out Overtimr
Answer: Got 800 cc HP implants and they feel too big sometimes? Everything that you note in your post makes sense; larger breast implants will feel "heavy". Patients with larger breasts will need support, at all times. If you feel that your breasts implants are too large, the solution would be downsizing of breast implants. How small you downsize to will depend on personal goals; if you downsize significantly, adjustments of the breast implant capsules will also be necessary. You may find the attached link, dedicated to downsizing breast implant surgery helpful to you as you consider options. Best wishes.

Answer: Risks of large volume augmentation I am sorry to hear about your concerns. Unfortunately, large volume augmentation does come with certain risks including increase bottoming out, risk of symmastia ("una-boob"), skin and soft tissue stretching and thinning, and back/neck pain among others. If these issues are causing significant distress, you might consider downsizing your implants with or without a possible mastopexy or breast lift. Good luck!

Answer: Got 800 cc HP implants and they feel too big sometimes? Thank you for your picture and questions. Unfortunately with large implants like 800cc, some of the problems you are describing are par for the course. These are expected complications with large implants. 800cc implants are large and heavy, and will put a significant strain on the skin envelope and cause stretching, etc., and these things are not likely to improve with time, but instead will likely get worse. In addition, the implants will likely bottom out over a long enough time period. These are all things that your surgeon should have discussed with you prior to surgery so that would could be informed and make the best decision for you. If you are unhappy with your results at this point, you may need to discuss sizing to a smaller implant and having a lift (mastopexy procedure) to reduce your overall breast size. Good luck and be safe!

Answer: Got 800 cc HP implants Thank you for the question. The issues you are describing is fairly standard for large volume augmentation. You're breasts may bottom out with time. A mastopexy or breast lift will most likely be needed if you choose to reduce the size of your implants. I would recommend to follow-up with your plastic surgeon and discuss your concerns and options with them.

Answer: When implants are too large downsizing can certainly be done but its challenging to get the desired size perfectly. I assume you chose the 800 cc size and wanted big and if so, enjoy them for the moment and when the problems you describe become excessive, then go back for the downsize and lift (you could benefit from one due to the areola size and anticipated changes down the road). Veins and stretch marks can occur with any augmentation and stretch marks are considered permanent.
