Without examining you it is difficult to know and unfortunately the photo barely shows your pubic hairline and there is no before photo to compare. Having the pubic hairline elevate is a common concern with a tummy tuck and it is quite likely that yours did in fact elevate after the procedure. If its a problem down the road I would suggest looking into laser hair removal to permanently eliminate the portion that bothers you. In terms of the belly button it looks totally normal for 4 weeks postop. Make sure to discuss scar management with your surgeon to make sure that the scar around it becomes as invisible as possible when it is fully matured in a year. Hope that helps!

The photo that you showed it is not ideal however looking at it it appears that you have a terrific results. The pull vectors from a tummy tuck start from above the pubic area as well as below the pubic area. The key thing is to put the incision low in the pubic area to ensure that the mons pubis does not rise abnormally high.

incision can be pulled up and the hairline raised from a tummy tuck procedure.
It depends how low your surgeon made the incision over the pubic area. If non
hair bearing skin was removed there, which usually some is, then the hairline
will be elevated a small amount as you indicated.

The pull on the skin from a tummy tuck is in two directions.  The biggest change is above, where the skin is pulled down.  There is also an upward pull on the lower skin and this will result in an elevation of the mons pubis and pubic hairline.  This is usually a good thing from a cosmetic point of view but the higher hairline is an issue for some patients.  Laser hair removal is a permanent solution for this.
