Thank you for your question and photos. Your weight loss left you with excess fat above the buttocks proper, and a wrap around fat roll that continues to the sides. This created a long and square buttock with significant fat deposits in the lower back. As a Total Definer surgeon, my approach would be twofold. It’s really important to differentiate skin laxative versus exist subcutaneous fat when it comes to body contouring. Skin laxity is the number one issue patients failed to get quality results from Liposuction.
