I am 28 year old, 5’9”, and weigh 145 lbs. I’ve worked incredibly hard on my fitness and lost 70 pounds. I have a pocket of fat left on my back that I would like liposuction to remove. I Would I need general or local anaesthetic for this? Would it be useless to just get liposuction if I have a bit of loose skin? I am planning to get a total mommy makeover when I’m done having babies, but would liposuction be suffient for now? I really just want my backside to have a nice silhouette.

Yes, you should get good improvement. However, the scar of the mini-tuck may be as long as the full. You might get fairly good results with just liposuction and radiofrequency-J plasma treatment like Renuvion.
You may have some pigment, hemosiderin, from the red blood cells that when broken down was deposited in this area. Actual bruising is now resolved. The pigment may yet slowly improve. Massage will not help this.
You can do awake liposuction and avoid the general anesthesia. Afterwards, you can do EMSculpt treatments to help tighten and pull your muscle in for a flatter look.
