I’m a 34 y/o female interested in inner thigh liposuction. I’ve been a paraplegic for 4 years & other than my spinal cord injury, I’m healthy. I exercise daily, i don’t smoke or drink, byt I have more fat in my thighs from not being able to move them Is it safe for me to get thigh liposuction because of blood clots? From what I’ve read an important part of recovery is moving around. I asked about a breast lift & the plastic surgeon is ok if I get anesthesiologist approval.

At eight months post op you are seeing your final results. If you are not noting improvement to the area you could consider a small revision to improve the contour. Because this area is small you can likely address it in a office surgical suite under local anesthesia.
Removing excess fat from under the chin is safe and works nicely with liposuction. However, removing facial fat may make you look much older in about 20 years. I would caution you against doing this.
Hi, thanks for your question. In my opinion you need lose weight first. You have BMI of 32.9 wich is risky. I would not do a Liposuction, you don't see any difference. You need to lose weight first.
