At eight months post op you are seeing your final results. If you are not noting improvement to the area you could consider a small revision to improve the contour. Because this area is small you can likely address it in a office surgical suite under local anesthesia.

No, you have fairly well healed by now. If you look at your before photos, I suspect this fullness was present. Removing the fullness above this area now shows this area more.

Liposuction and Rizzo are typically close to final by six weeks and final at three months. At eight months your results are not going to change further and this is your final outcome. The only thing that’s going to change with Payam is the incision which can take 12 to 18 months to be final.
