Would there be any more relaxation after 37 days after otoplasty? (Photos)

Im 37 days post otoplasty surgery. I think that my ears are too close to my head. Do you think that they are too close? Will my ears open more?(especially the top part). If so, how many mm would they open up? Note: My surgery was done with traditional method.

Your ears were pinned too close to your head at the top. One can only comment on the final result when at least 3 months have elapsed, or better still 6 months. As you were operated on with the traditional method, your ears can either still come out a little, or they could also move more towards the head due to the tension from scar formation. Revision surgery, if this should be necessary, is significantly more difficult to carry out than if the ears were operated on with the minimally invasive Merck Stitch Method.

The short answer is that it is too early to tell.  It can take six months to a year for deep healing, so changes can occur over that period.  The shape of the ear on the frontal and lateral pictures reveal a natural look.  There are aesthetic norms in every type of cosmetic manipulations, some more important than others.  What is important is the degree that variance from those norms attracts attention of others looking at you.  Yes, the upper 1/3 of the ear is too close to the head at this time, but this is not a 'tell' that surgery was done.  Be patient.
