I've only seen before and Afters of ears that stuck out getting tucked in. Mine don't stick out that much, that's not what bothers me, I feel like they're too long in length, can that be fixed?

Answer: Long Ears Thank you for your question and including photos. Yes you can shorten the length of your ear by shortening your ear lobe. I don't recommend making changes to your helix because that will not look natural and will change the original contour. I recommend making a consultation with a surgeon so they can do an evaluation in person and discuss your concerns. Best of luck!

Answer: Bond ears You are right, otoplasty changes the sideway projection of ears. There are surgical techniques that are used to correct the length of the ear however they will leave scars in front and behind your ears. There are changes that can be made to the ear lobe to make the ear appear shorter. Its best to consult a facial plastic surgeon for a face to face assessment. Hope this is helpful.
